Two weeks before the event we walk through the agenda, identify the moments to capture, line up interview subjects, and scope the crew. The goal is to walk in knowing exactly what we need.

Most events have content happening in three rooms at once. We scope crew counts to cover every room, every breakout, and the hallway energy that often makes the best recap footage.

How many cameras and crew do we need for an event?

Depends on the event. A single-day summit with one main stage is typically 2 cameras + 2 crew. A multi-day conference with 3 concurrent rooms is 5-6 cameras + 4-6 crew. We scope to the agenda and the deliverables you want.

Can you deliver content the same day?

Yes. We typically deliver same-day short-form social cuts (15-30 seconds, vertical and landscape) so your marketing team can post while the event is live. The polished highlights piece comes in the days that follow.

Do you handle live streaming or just on-site capture?

Primarily on-site capture for post-event use. Live streaming is a separate technical specialty — if you need it, we'll partner with a stream provider and handle the recorded content on top.
