Since joining the team in March 2022, Jo Anne has brought structure and calm to our fast-paced world of creative production. With a background in corporate administration, she applies proven organizational systems and operational best practices to keep things running smoothly — from planning through to delivery.
As Production Coordinator, Jo Anne supports everything from client communication to updating our coast-to-coast roster of creative talent, and managing the day-to-day logistics that keep each production on track. She handles scheduling, casting coordination, crew bookings, and ensures everyone — from makeup artists to camera teams — knows exactly where to be and when. Internally, she maintains our systems and workflows, tracks budgets, and keeps the details in check so our creative teams can stay focused on the work.
